Credit Card Fraud
Got a call from Chase this morning asking about fraudulent charges on my Disney credit card yesterday. Why the heck does someone go through the trouble of stealing a credit card number and then use it on stupid stuff like netflix and napster? Now I have to wait a week or so to get my new card and mis out on all the disney points. And it was a hassle useing a different card today becasue it's been years since I've used any other card besides the Disney card. Two different places had to call for verification.
Windows on Main Street
Couldn't find any new snowglobes yesterday. Here's the promised pics. Some of them are a little blurry. I guess my digital camera doesn't work that great at night on christmas lights. Or maybe I'm getting old and jittery.
That's me and Mom in the first pic. Geez I'm getting fat.

No News
Ho Hum. Just wanted you to know I'm not ignoring this blog, I just haven't had anything to post. The Collectors Guide is coming along nicely. We're now over 300 snowglobes documented although you wont be able to see all the posts until january 1st so as to ensure there is something new to see every day between now and then.
I'll be visiting Magic Kingdom as a guest this afternoon and evening, so I hope to have some holiday pics to share tomorrow. Maybe I'll get lucky and there will be a new snowglobe. I haven't seen any holiday globes in the parks this year which is sad.

Scrooged!

I got a little tired of working with snowglobes today (gasp!) and decided to take a break and work with some other aspect of Disney that I love. Yes. That's right. I've started yet another blog, Scrooge McDuck's Money Bin. I'll keep this one down to one post a day so as not to interfere with my all important snowglobe blogs.
This seems like a good time to urge people to start a blog of their own. If there's a Disney subject that is near and dear to your heart, I'd love to read a blog by you, especially if it has to do with merchandise related to the film, attraction, character etc of your choice.
It's easy and fun and the possibilities are endless. I'd love to start even more blogs then I allready have about Christmas Ornaments, Zorro, Mickey Mouse Club, Live-Action, the tv series, Nightmare Before Christmas, Roger Rabbit, Disney Afternoon and on and on and on.
But there just isn't enough time for me to do more at present.
So why not start a blog of your own? You don't even have to have an extensive collection. I don't have a huge collection of snowglobes. I just really like them. The internet and ebay are vast resources of information at your fingertips.
Please consider creating a Disney blog and don't forget to leave a comment here so we can all enjoy it.

I can't wait to see what your subject will be.

Confiscated Snowglobes
Someone emailed me last night to buy my extra Tower of Terror Snowglobe. They were at WDW last week and the one they purchased was confiscated at the airport because of the no liquids rule.
I understand that security is just doing their job but don't you think that's stupid?
I wonder what happens to all the snowglobes they are confiscating?

Little Mermaid Broadway Snowglobe
The Little Mermaid: A Broadway Musical Snowglobe is now available on DisneyShopping.com. It costs 55 cents less on Playbill.com but perhaps some of the discounts work on the Disney site. The current MERRY30 discount does not work with this item.
