DISNEY BY JIM SHORE

Sorry I haven't been posting much.  The fact is that there just hasn't been that much Disney merchandise that has been catching my eye lately.  The only bright spot that I've found recently are some of these new pieces by Jim Shore.....

Alice in Wonderland Pin Set

These are some pins that have not yet been released on DisneyStore.com.  We don't know when they will be released.  We just like em.  New pins are traditionally released on mondays but highly sought after ones can sometimes sell out before normal people, er non-collectors get up in the morning.

new Pinocchio snowglobe for the USA

Here's a sneak peek at a Pinocchio snowglobe that will soon be available at DisneyStore.com.  It was available last year in Europe.  Thanks Velvet.

Disney Classics Desk Set

You probably allready got the email from DisneyStore.com but I wanted to make sure everyone saw these newly arrived items. This great desk set is an online exclusive. I allready have a Snow White set from a number of years ago. I guess I need another desk.

Master Replicas Disney Poster series

Not sure if these are a new and current series or not. Found them on a entertainment collectibles website retailing for 99.99 each. 3-D sculptures based on original Disney movie posters by Master Replicas.

Sneak Peeks at Disney Snowglobes

The following 3 snowglobe images were recently added to the DisneyShopping.com site, indicating these will soon be available here in the US. The first two have been available in Europe for months. Figaro is new as far as I know.

At first I thought the new Pinocchio snowglobe was a reissue but I see it is only very similar in design.

New Disney Snowglobes in the UK

5 new Disney Snowglobeshave appeared on the Disney Store UK website. Sorry for the lousy pics but that's the best I can get off the site. If anyone purchases these and would like to share pics for the Collectors Guide please let me know.

Sneak Peek - Best Pinocchio Snowglobe Ever

Is this cool or what? I don't know when this will be available at DisneyShopping.com but I can't wait. This has got to be one of my favorite designs ever.

Disneyland Paris part two

Part two of our first Disneyland Paris Snowglobe Report. Thanks to Maurice for pictures and pricing information.

This picture frame costs 26.90 euros.

This has to be one of the best selling Disney snowglobes of all time. It's been available just about everywhere since 2002. It costs 75 euros in Disneyland Paris.

Never seen this Jungle Book snowglobe before so all I know is that it cost 75 euros and is at Disneyland Paris.

This globe appeared in various theme parks during Disneyland's 50th Birthday Celebration. There is also a version where the title plaque reads The Princess Club. 11 inches high, it costs 75 euros. This snowglobe was originally available in the Disney Catalog back in 2003 for 78 dollars. It should have a Jiminy Cricket finial. Cost: 75 euros.

The Parade float snowglobes cost 95 euros each.

Disney must see Mother's Day as a good chance to get rid of some old snowglobe inventory, the following snowglobes are once again available on DisneyShopping.com.

The ornaments say they will ship in 22 weeks but I'm guessing thats a mistake since these are older globes and are on sale. Still, if you are ordering, you might want to check with them first.
