Mary Poppins auction result

One of these Mary Poppins snowglobes recently closed on ebay for around $350. It was chipped, had fuzzy things floating in the water and the birds wouldn't "fly" anymore, all disclosed in the auction and it still sold for $350.

I was the person who bought it!

We contacted Dick Heibel, the snowglobe repairman, and he said he could change the water and see if the birds could be salvaged. If not, we're just going to have them replaced.

The base repair won't be difficult.

Only place I know is ebay. You can expect to pay several hundred dollars if you get lucky.
